Join community member Ellen Shapiro for a gentle chair yoga session. This session covers breath awareness, stretching, and mindful movements. Yoga helps to calm us and build flexibility and strength. If you are experiencing anxiety during these unusual times, this might be a nice relaxing session for you! No yoga experience or equipment necessary!

About the Presenter:
Ellen Shapiro is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500), yoga therapist (C-IAYT), and a medical software analyst living in Tucson, Arizona. Ellen meets her brother Martin at the Myotonic Annual Conference each year to learn from and connect with the amazing DM community. Ellen has a nephew, Andy, living with DM1 and lost her sister, Marla, and other nephew, Danny, to DM1.
