Join families, caregivers, and all other rare disease stakeholders at this fun, family friendly event! Learn about the challenges people affected by rare diseases, such as myotonic dystrophy, face and the resources available to address these challenges. You will also be able to connect with other families with rare diseases and learn how you can make a difference in the lives of families affected by rare diseases here in our great state of California.
